As you know, one flower has four types of appendages, starting from calyx then corolla, Androecium and gynoecium.

Calyx, you know, is a small leafy, basal appendage that holds the plural board. Corolla is the most fascinating, beautiful whorl that gives attractive colour to the flower. Reproduction Flowering Plants

The Stamens are the slender reproductive male appendages. Its fertile part is the anther in which pollen grains are produced. These pollen grains are micro spores. These get pollinated by the honey bees like insects.

Pollination

Bees are the common pollinators. Pollinators get attracted by the colourful petals, and the nectar present in the bottom part of the corolla.

Some insects also get attracted to the pollen grains. And anyway, the pollen drains after being pollinated land over the stigma of the female reproductive whorl. That is nothing but your carpel.

The individual carpel has the landing platform that is stigma. Then a slender part called the style and the bottom most part is ovary.

The ovary contains the fertile part that is that we called ovule. Inside ovule you will find the female gametophyte that is called your embryo sac.

Fertilization

The embryo sac is seven celled and eight nucleated in structure. It has all the arrangements for the double fertilization. How interesting it is!
